Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad area of low pressure lies over the north of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough is gradually moving east over the east of the State. A new ridge is
building along the south coast and should dominate the weather pattern for most
of the coming week.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 26 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior,
northeastern Gascoyne and far northern Goldfields. Possible light showers over
the Central West and southern districts. Very hot over the southern Kimberley,
Pilbara, Gascoyne, Interior, eastern Eucla and eastern Goldfields. Becoming
windy over southeastern and central parts later in the day.

Forecast for Monday 27 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, North Interior, Pilbara and
northern Gascoyne. Possible light showers near the south coast. Very hot over
the southern Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern Interior and inland parts
of the Central West. Windy over central and southern WA.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, North Interior, Pilbara and
northern Gascoyne. Very hot over the Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern Interior and
northwestern parts of the South West Land Division. Windy over central and
southern WA.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, North Interior, Pilbara and
northern Gascoyne. Very hot over the Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern Interior,
Central West, and Lower West. Windy over the Interior of WA.
