Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high pressure ridge pushing in from the west, is bringing fresh southwesterly
winds to the western Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough extends from the eastern Goldfields down into the Eucla and is moving
eastwards, contracting out of the State during Monday. A ridge is developing
over the southern parts in its wake. A new cold front will move through the far
southwest of the state again on Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, north and east Interior and
Eucla. Possible showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land
Division, mainly in the morning. Cooler over western and central parts.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeast Interior. Possible
showers southwest of a line from Lancelin to Albany.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northern and eastern parts of
the Interior. Possible showers southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Bremer
Bay.

Forecast for Thursday 5 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern and eastern parts of the
Interior and far northeast Eucla. Possible shower over southern coastal
districts.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
