Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies just inland from the Kimberley and Pilbara coasts. The western
end of the trough will move east on Sunday as a high pressure ridge pushes in
from the west, bringing fresh southwesterly winds to western Pilbara waters.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies near the west coast with a high south of the State. The trough
will move inland over the weekend as a ridge pushes in over the west coast. A
weak cold front will brush the southwest corner of the State on Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara and Gascoyne and
extending down a trough from the Central West through the Central Wheat Belt
and Great Southern to the south coast. Isolated showers possible over the
northern Goldfields and Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, Eucla and
South East Coastal districts, as well as far eastern parts of the Pilbara,
Gascoyne and South West Land Division. Possible showers southwest of a line
Lancelin to Bremer Bay. Cooler over western parts of the state.

Forecast for Monday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, north and east Interior and
Eucla. Possible showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land
Division, mainly in the morning. Cooler over western and central parts.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeast Interior. Possible
showers through western and southern districts between Lancelin and Albany.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
