Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad area of low pressure extends over the Pilbara, Kimberley and North
Interior.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough and associated low pressure system is deepening near the west coast,
before moving east later Wednesday and into Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 19 November
Partly cloudy over far eastern parts of the South Interior and Eucla. Showers
and gusty thunderstorms elsewhere. Moderate to heavy falls possible.
Forecast for Wednesday 20 November
Partly cloudy over far eastern parts of the Interior and eastern Eucla. Showers
and gusty thunderstorms elsewhere. Moderate to heavy falls possible.
Forecast for Thursday 21 November
Showers over most of the State, apart from the western Pilbara and western and
southern Gascoyne. Gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, central
and eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla and central and
eastern South West Land Division.
Forecast for Friday 22 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern
Pilbara, Interior, northeast Gascoyne, eastern Goldfields and Eucla. Chance of
showers over the southern parts of the South West Land Division and southern
Goldfields.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
