Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A new ridge will build over the north of the State during the early part of the
week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge will rapidly build across the south of the State today. A trough and
embedded low deepens off the west coast from Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 29 April
Chance of thunderstorms or showers over the Gascoyne, adjacent Goldfields, far
northern Central Wheat Belt, and northern Central West districts.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 April
Showers and thunderstorms over most of the Gascoyne, western Goldfields and
South West Land Division. Showers also possible along the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Wednesday 1 May
Showers or thunderstorms over the South West Land Division, southern Gascoyne,
and southwestern Goldfields. Showers also possible over the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Thursday 2 May
Showers continuing over the South West Land Division and far southwestern
Goldfields.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
