Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system slowly drifting across Bight waters will dominate the
weather pattern for the next few days. As a result, expect southeasterly surges
across northern parts during the mornings through to the weekend.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will move across Bight waters on Wednesday and Thursday,
with a surface trough developing down the west coast.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 3 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and northwest Kimberley, with possible
showers extending into central parts. Possible light showers or drizzle along
the south coastal east of Esperance. Windy over central and northern districts.

Forecast for Thursday 4 April
Possible afternoon and evening shower or thunderstorm over the far north
Kimberley. Possible light showers or drizzle along the Eucla coast. Windy over
central and northern districts.

Forecast for Friday 5 April
Apart from possible afternoon and evening showers over the northern half of the
Kimberley, the remainder of the State will remain dry.

Forecast for Saturday 6 April
Apart from possible afternoon and evening showers over the northern half of the
Kimberley, the remainder of the State will remain dry.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
