Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge extends into the Pilbara and has pushed an inland trough northwards,
closer to the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts. The trough will remain slow moving
near the coast before moving inland early next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high moving into the Southern Ocean maintains a firm ridge over southern
parts of the state. Meanwhile, a west coast trough is deepening. The trough in
combination with the ridge will direct hot temperatures into southwest WA for
the remainder of the week and the weekend.
