Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over inland parts during the week as a ridge develops along
the northwest coast.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough has moved inland and will reach the western Goldfields later today.
The trough will then be pushed more northeast into the South Interior on
Thursday as a ridge develops over southern parts of the state. A new trough
will lie off the west coast on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over most of the Kimberley, Interior, western Eucla,
eastern Gascoyne, Goldfields, and most parts of the South West Land Division,
inland from the west coast. Chance of a light shower near the west coast. Windy
over southeastern parts of the state.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 November
Showers and thunderstorms over most of the Kimberley, Interior, Eucla, far
southeastern Gascoyne, Goldfields and eastern parts of the South West Land
Division. Chance of a light shower near the west coast and remaining southern
districts. Morning fog about western parts of the Central West districts. Windy
at times over eastern parts of the state.

Forecast for Thursday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and eastern Kimberley, east and
south of the South Interior, Eucla, and eastern Goldfields. Chance of a light
shower about the south coast. Morning fog about western parts of the Central
West and far northern Lower West districts. Windy at times over eastern parts
of the state.

Forecast for Friday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the north Kimberley, mainly afternoon and
evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
