Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over northern districts, moving further inland during the
week as a ridge develops along the northwest coast.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies south of the state with a trough near the west coast. Later today
the trough will begin to slowly move inland and be over central and eastern
parts of the South West Land Division late Tuesday. The trough then lingers
over central parts of the state before being pushed more northeast on Thursday
as a ridge develops over southern parts of the state.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 27 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the
Kimberley and far northeastern North Interior, though a chance of thunderstorms
remains about southwest WA in the early morning. Chance of showers and
thunderstorms over most parts of the South West Land Division, southeast
Gascoyne and western Goldfields, light falls expected. Morning fog about
western parts of the Central West and northern Lower West districts. Windy in
the morning through central parts and over most parts of the South West Land
Division away from the west coast and Central West district. Milder
temperatures over western parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, western Eucla, eastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields, and most parts of the South West Land Division, inland
from the west coast. Chance of a light shower near the west coast. Morning fog
about western parts of the Central West districts. Windy over southeastern
parts of the state.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Eucla, southeastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields and eastern parts of the South West Land Division. Chance
of a light shower near the west coast and remaining southern districts. Morning
fog about western parts of the Central West districts. Windy at times over
eastern parts of the state.

Forecast for Thursday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern Kimberley, east and south Interior,
Eucla, and eastern Goldfields. Chance of a light shower about the south coast.
Morning fog about western parts of the Central West and northern Lower West
districts. Windy at times over eastern parts of the state.
