Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad area of low pressure will persist over the northern districts today and
over the weekend.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough near the west coast and a ridge south of the State will dominate the
weather pattern today, with the ridge strengthening over the weekend.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 24 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the
Kimberley and the north Interior. Chance of a thunderstorm with little or no
rainfall over the Pilbara, western inland Gascoyne, inland Central West,
western Central Wheat Belt, inland Lower West, and northwestern Great Southern.
Windy in the morning through central parts of the state and northeastern parts
of the South West Land Division. Very hot over most of the western districts.

Forecast for Saturday 25 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the
Kimberley and the north Interior. Chance of a thunderstorm with little or no
rainfall over the Pilbara, western inland Gascoyne and the inland Central West
district. Windy in the morning through central parts of the state and
northeastern parts of the South West Land Division. Very hot over most of the
western districts.

Forecast for Sunday 26 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the
Kimberley, north Interior, and eastern Pilbara. Chance of a light shower along
the south coast east of Esperance, mostly during the morning. Windy in the
morning through central parts of the state and northeastern parts of the South
West Land Division. Very hot over most of the western districts.

Forecast for Monday 27 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the
Kimberley, northeastern Interior, and far eastern Pilbara. Chance of a light
shower along the south coast east of Israelite Bay, mostly during the morning.
Chance of light shower developing over the Lower West and South West districts.
Windy in the morning through central and eastern parts of the state. Very hot
over most of the northern and western districts.
