Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough will remain over inland northern parts through to next week with
a freshening northwesterly flow over the Pilbara and adjacent parts. The trough
will move south further inland next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A strong high pressure ridge lies over southern parts of the state with a
trough over central inland parts. The trough will extend towards the mid west
coast over the weekend. Fresh and gusty easterly winds over central and
southern parts between the trough and ridge to the south. This weather pattern
will persist into next week.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 12 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley and eastern North
Interior. Showers and gusty thunderstorms possible over the South Interior,
Eucla, Goldfields, southern Gascoyne, and most parts of the South West Land
Division away from the south coast. Possible large hail, damaging winds and
heavy rainfall with storms over the northern inland Central West, southern
Gascoyne and northern Goldfields. Possible light showers, mostly morning, about
the south coast east of Albany. Windy over central parts of the State and near
the lower west coast.

Forecast for Monday 13 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the north
and east Kimberley and eastern North Interior. Showers and gusty thunderstorms
possible over the South Interior, Eucla, Goldfields, far southern Gascoyne, and
most parts of the South West Land Division. Possible light showers, mostly
morning, about the south coast. Windy over south parts of the State.

Forecast for Tuesday 14 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the north
and east Kimberley and eastern Interior. Showers and gusty thunderstorms
possible over the southern South Interior, Eucla, Goldfields, far southern
Gascoyne, and most parts of the South West Land Division. Possible light
showers, mostly morning, about the south coast. Windy over southern parts of
the State.

Forecast for Wednesday 15 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, over the north
and east Kimberley and eastern Interior. Showers and gusty thunderstorms
possible over the southern South Interior, Eucla, Goldfields, far southern
Gascoyne, and northern and central parts of the South West Land Division.
Possible light showers, mostly morning, about the south coast. Windy over
southern parts of the State.
