Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad area of low pressure will lie over the Kimberley and Pilbara over the
next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies south of the State. A trough is developing down the
west coast and will deepen later in the week.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 2 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mostly afternoon and evening, over the northern and
eastern Kimberley. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm over eastern parts of the
Interior. Very hot over the north of the State, warm to hot across the northern
and central parts of the South West Land Division. Windy morning over the
Central West and Lower West.

Forecast for Friday 3 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mostly afternoon and evening, over the Kimberley and
northeastern parts of the Interior. Very hot over the north of the State, the
Central West and Lower West districts. Warm to hot across the remaining
northern and central parts of the South West Land Division. Windy morning over
the southern Gascoyne, Central West and Lower West districts.

Forecast for Saturday 4 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mostly afternoon and evening, over the Kimberley and
northern and central Interior. Chance of a thunderstorm with little or no
rainfall over the east Pilbara, east and southern Gascoyne, northern Goldfields
and northern parts of the South West Land Division. Very hot over the north of
the State, the Central West, Lower West and South West districts. Warm to hot
across the remaining parts of the South West Land Division. Windy over the
southern Gascoyne, Central West and Lower West districts.

Forecast for Sunday 5 November
Showers and thunderstorms, mostly afternoon and evening, over the Kimberley.
Chance of a thunderstorm or shower with little or no rainfall over the northern
and western Interior, southeastern Gascoyne, Goldfields, Central Wheat Belt,
Great Southern, southern Lower West, South West, and South Coastal districts.
Very hot over the north of the State, Gascoyne, and Central Wheat Belt.
