Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over inland Kimberley and inland Pilbara is moving east and will
become slow moving near the eastern border and North Interior on Monday.
Another trough will arrive over the Pilbara from the south on Tuesday,
following by a cooler southerly change in the middle of the week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure system deepening over the Gascoyne will move to the Goldfields
on Monday and into the South Interior and Eucla on Tuesday before exiting the
State. Associated troughs over the South West Land Division and Interior will
slowly contract east with the low pressure system over the next few days. A
weak cold front will move across the west coast on Monday and will be followed
by a high pressure ridge over far southern parts of the State. Another cold
front will approach the southwest on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 7 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara
and adjacent Gascoyne, Eucla, southern Goldfields, southern Gascoyne and
northern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division. Light showers over
the remainder of the South West Land Division. Damaging winds possible from
thunderstorms across the Interior, inland Pilbara, Eucla and adjacent
Goldfields.Very hot over eastern Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 8 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the northern and western Kimberley,
eastern and southern Interior, Goldfields, southern Gascoyne, Eucla, and
northern parts of the South West Land Division. Showers over remaining parts of
the South West Land Division. Damaging winds possible from thunderstorms across
the eastern Interior. Very hot over eastern and central Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 9 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the northern and eastern Kimberley,
northeast Interior and about the Eucla coast. Light showers over southern
districts of the South West Land Division. Very hot over eastern and central
Kimberley. Chance of morning fog over southeastern parts of the South West Land
Division. Very hot over parts of the Kimberley and adjacent North Interior.

Forecast for Thursday 10 November
Showers and chance of a gusty thunderstorm over northern and eastern Kimberley.
Showers over southern and western parts of the South West Land Division and far
southern Goldfields. Shower and chance of a thunderstorm over the South East
Coastal and adjacent Eucla. Very hot over parts of the Kimberley and North
Interior.
