Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over the far northern Kimberley and inland Pilbara is continuing to
move inland with a low pressure system developing within the trough over
southern parts of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies over central and northern parts with a low pressure system
deepening over the Gascoyne and Goldfields today. A new ridge of high pressure
strengthens over far southern parts of the State, while the trough and low
pressure system are expected to exit the State on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 6 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara,
adjacent northeast Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla and across the South West Land
Division in the area east of Mandurah to Walpole. Very hot over far northeast
Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 7 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern and southern parts
of the Interior, Eucla, southern Goldfields, and central and eastern parts of
the South West Land Division. Very hot over eastern Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 8 November
Showers and chance of gusty thunderstorms over the northern Kimberley, eastern
and southern Interior, Goldfields, Eucla, and northern parts of the South West
Land Division. Showers over the Eucla, and remaining southern parts of the
South West Land Division. Very hot over eastern and central Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 9 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley and eastern Eucla.
Showers over southern districts of the South West Land Division. Very hot over
eastern and central Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
