Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
Hot across the Kimberley. A trough lies inland from the Pilbara and Kimberley
coasts. A new high pressure ridge developing to the south will result in fresh
and gusty southeasterly winds over the Pilbara, Interior and southwest
Kimberley from today.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front and trough are moving east across central and eastern districts. A
ridge is pushing across southern districts and will remain there into next week.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 25 September
Showers southwest of Mandurah to Katanning to Israelite Bay. Chance of showers
and thunderstorms over the eastern Eucla and South Interior. Possible morning
frost over the Central Wheat Belt, northeast Great Southern and southwest
Goldfields. Windy morning over most of the north of the State.

Forecast for Monday 26 September
Showers along the south coast. Possible morning fog over inland parts of the
South West Land Division. Windy morning over most of the north of the State.

Forecast for Tuesday 27 September
Possible light showers along the Albany coast. Windy morning over most of the
north of the State.

Forecast for Wednesday 28 September
Showers over southern parts of the Lower West, South West, southwestern parts
of the Great Southern, and western parts of the South Coastal. Chance of
thunderstorms over the South West and western parts of the South Coastal.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
