Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough lies from the Kimberley to the Pilbara until Sunday. A ridge will
then bring dry, east to southeasterly winds early next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front over Goldfields and Eucla districts will continue to move east on
Sunday. A ridge will develop over the southern half of the State during Sunday
in the wake of the cold front. A weaker cold front will move over the southwest
corner of the State on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 24 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern and coastal Gascoyne,
southern and central Goldfields, southern parts of the southern Interior, and
Eucla. Showers will mostly contract to the south coast of the State by the
afternoon. Chance of morning thunderstorms and hail over the south coast early
morning. clearing from the west during the day. Chance of morning frost over
inland southern parts of the South West Land Division. Chance of morning fog
over the northeastern Pilbara and southwestern Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 25 July
Showers southwest of a line Lancelin to Albany and along the south coast.
Morning frost over eastern inland parts of the South West Land Division,
Goldfields, and southern inland Gascoyne.

Forecast for Tuesday 26 July
Showers southwest of a line Lancelin to Albany, extending to Jurien Bay to
Esperance during the day. Chance of a thunderstorm along the western south
coast. Morning frost over eastern inland parts of the South West Land Division,
Goldfields, southeast Gascoyne, southern South Interior and the adjacent Eucla.

Forecast for Wednesday 27 July
Light showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Israelite Bay, contracting to
coastal parts early morning. Morning frost over northeastern parts of the South
West Land Division, Goldfields, southeast Gascoyne, southern South Interior and
the adjacent Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
