Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge will maintain dry, slightly cooler east to southeasterly winds in the
north.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front will cross the South West Land Division, southwest Goldfields and
western Eucla during today. The front will then weaken over the southern
Gascoyne, remaining Goldfields and Eucla on Friday. Another weaker cold front
brushes the southwest coast of the State Friday morning while a stronger cold
front moves over the South West Land Division during Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 21 July
Rain and showers across the South West Land Division, Goldfields, southwest
Gascoyne and Eucla. Chance of morning fog over the northwest Gascoyne and
western Pilbara.

Forecast for Friday 22 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla, and
South Interior. Chance of morning fog over the inland northern and central
South West Land Division and western Pilbara.

Forecast for Saturday 23 July
Chance of thunderstorms over the Lower West and South West districts. Chance of
hail over the far southwest of the State. Showers over the South West Land
Division, southern Gascoyne and southwest Goldfields. Chance of showers over
the remaining Goldfields, South Interior and Eucla. Chance of morning fog or
frost over the northeastern Central Wheat Belt, eastern Goldfields, and
southern Gascoyne. Chance of morning fog over the Eucla.

Forecast for Sunday 24 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern Gascoyne, southern
Goldfields, southern Interior, and Eucla districts. Chance of showers over the
remaining Goldfields, South Interior and Eucla. Chance of morning hail on the
far south coast. Chance of morning frost over inland parts of the South West
Land Division.
