Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure building over the south of the State will continue to
direct dry east to southeast winds over the north of the State this week, fresh
and gusty at times. A cloud band over the eastern Kimberley and eastern parts
of North Interior will contract east on Wednesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front is moving along the south coast. A strong high pressure
system will move into the Bight in the wake of the front on Tuesday, building a
firm ridge of high pressure over the State for the remainder of the week.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 28 June
Possible light showers about the south coast and adjacent inland areas. Chance
of light rain over the far eastern parts of the Kimberley and far eastern parts
of the North Interior. Chance of morning frost over the southern parts of the
Interior and adjacent Goldfields.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 June
Light showers over Eucla, South East Coastal, South Coastal, southeastern parts
of South West and southern parts of Great Southern districts. Chance of a light
shower over the southern Goldfields and southern parts of the Interior. Chance
of morning frost over southwest Goldfields and southeast Great Southern
districts.

Forecast for Thursday 30 June
Possible light showers over southern Goldfields, southern parts of the South
Interior, Eucla, South East Coastal and South Coastal district.

Forecast for Friday 1 July
Possible light showers over Eucla and eastern parts of the South East Coastal
districts. Chance of morning frost in the southwest.
