Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough extends near the coast from the Kimberley to the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over the southern parts of the State. A weak cold
front brushes the southwest coast on Monday before a new ridge builds over the
southwest of the State on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 1 May
Possible light showers about the southwest coast. Chance of a shower or
thunderstorm over the northern and western Kimberley, Pilbara, northern
Gascoyne and Interior.

Forecast for Monday 2 May
Showers over southern coastal districts. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm
over the Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne and Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 May
Showers over the southern coastal districts. Possible showers over inland
Pilbara and central Interior.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 May
Light showers about the south coast. Chance of shower over the North Interior.
