Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough extends near the coast from the Kimberley to the Pilbara. It will
push offshore from the weekend.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge is developing over the Gascoyne while another cold front will move over
the South West Land Division today. A ridge will drift south and strengthen
over southern parts of the State from later today and into Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 28 April
Showers over the Southwest Land Division, Gascoyne coast, far southwest
Goldfields and Eucla coast. Chance showers near the central and eastern Pilbara
coast. Chance of a thunderstorm near the coast between Busselton and Albany in
the early morning.

Forecast for Friday 29 April
Showers over the southern coastal districts, Interior and eastern parts of the
Pilbara.

Forecast for Saturday 30 April
Light showers about the south west coast. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm
over northern Kimberley.

Forecast for Sunday 1 May
Light showers about the south west coast. Chance of a shower or thunderstorm
over northern Kimberley.
