Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the inland Pilbara and into the North Interior.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough extends from the Gascoyne to inland parts of the South West Land
Division and will move east as a ridge rapidly extends from the west of the
State. A weak cold front is expected to brush the south coast overnight this
morning. A cloud band extends over the south west of the State and will
contract east today. A trough will begin to develop down the west coast from
the middle of the week.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 21 March
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, north and east
Gascoyne, western Interior, Goldfields and Eucla. Showers over southern parts
of the South West Land Division with possible thunderstorms in the southeast.

Forecast for Tuesday 22 March
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne, south and west Interior, south and east Goldfields and Eucla. Showers
over southern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 23 March
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara and northern
Gascoyne. Showers about the south coast and throughout the Eucla.

Forecast for Thursday 24 March
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara and northern
Gascoyne. Light showers about the south coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
