Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the Pilbara to the Kimberley. A monsoon trough just north
of the Kimberley will drift south during the weekend. A tropical low is
expected to form within the monsoon trough.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure trough will linger near the west coast today before moving
inland on Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 22 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, North Interior and
northeastern parts of the South Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 23 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, North Interior and far
northeastern parts of the South Interior. Slight chance of a shower over the
eastern Eucla coast.

Forecast for Monday 24 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, North Interior and far
northeastern parts of South Interior. Possible light shower or two along the
south coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 25 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, North Interior and far
northeastern parts of South Interior. Possible light shower or two along the
south coast.
