Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over the inland Pilbara to the North Interior and is expected to
remain there for the next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high is moving south of the State and moves into the Bight on Tuesday. A
trough is deepening along the west coast and remains there for the next several
days.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 18 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, North Interior, and
northern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Wednesday 19 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, north and west Pilbara, and far
northwestern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Thursday 20 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far northwestern Pilbara, and
eastern Interior.

Forecast for Friday 21 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern Pilbara, and North
Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
