Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends from the northern Gascoyne through the inland Pilbara to
the North Interior. From Wednesday, the eastern part of the trough will move
over the Kimberley.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough extends from the inland Gascoyne into northern parts of the South West
Land Division and down the west coast. The trough will begin moving east inland
from the west coast Wednesday afternoon with a ridge of high pressure building
along the south coast Thursday and Friday behind the trough.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 11 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne, far northern Goldfields and adjacent Interior.

Forecast for Wednesday 12 January
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, adjacent North Interior,
Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, and western Goldfields.

Forecast for Thursday 13 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, adjacent North Interior, and
Pilbara.

Forecast for Friday 14 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, adjacent North Interior, and
Pilbara. Possible light shower along the western south coast.

Forecast for Saturday 15 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, North Interior, and Pilbara.
Possible light shower along the western south coast.
