Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies from the Kimberley and into the northeast Northern Interior,
moving east to be confined to the north Kimberley from later today. Another
trough extends from the inland central Pilbara and into the western Interior,
moving east today as a new ridge develops in its wake.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies over the far eastern Goldfields and western Eucla, moving into
the Interior today with a ridge developing over southern parts of the State in
its wake. A high pressure system then moves south of the State today and Friday
with a trough developing near the west coast.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 23 November
Light showers over the South East Coastal district, southeastern Goldfields,
Eucla, and southern South Interior. Possible showers and storms over the north,
east and southwest Kimberley, eastern Interior, far eastern Eucla and northeast
Pilbara.

Forecast for Wednesday 24 November
Showers with mainly light falls over the Eucla and adjacent South Interior.
Showers and storms over the Kimberley, apart from the south.

Forecast for Thursday 25 November
Showers near the south coast, over the Eucla and southern Interior. Showers and
thunderstorms over the north Kimberley.

Forecast for Friday 26 November
Showers possible over the Eucla. Showers and thunderstorms over the northern
Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
