Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over the inland Kimberley to offshore from the Pilbara coast. A
high pressure ridge is strengthening over southern parts of the State bringing
a fresh easterly flow over the Pilbara and Kimberley during today and Saturday,
easing on Sunday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge is developing near the south coast. The ridge will move
north as a trough develops near the west coast and deepens through to Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 12 November
Morning showers over the Eucla. Showers possible near the remaining south
coast, clearing during the morning.

Forecast for Saturday 13 November
Chance of an early light shower near the south coast. Chance of a thunderstorm
near the far northwest Kimberley coast.

Forecast for Sunday 14 November
Chance of an afternoon or evening thunderstorm near the far northwest Kimberley
coast and over northwestern and southern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 15 November
Chance of an afternoon or evening thunderstorm near the far northwest Kimberley
coast and over the Goldfields and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
