Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the west Kimberley coast to a low pressure system centred
over the Goldfields. The low will move southeast into the Eucla as a ridge
develops over western parts of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A deep trough and low lie over the southeast Goldfields and will move southeast
into the Eucla by later this morning. A high pressure ridge will develop over
western parts of the State on today and extend south of the State into the
Bight on Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 5 November
Showers and thunderstorms possible over the Kimberley, Interior, eastern
Pilbara, the Eucla and the South East Coastal District. Chance of showers over
southern coastal districts.

Forecast for Saturday 6 November
Possible showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, and over the
inland and west Pilbara. Chance of a morning shower near the south coast.

Forecast for Sunday 7 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, southeast Pilbara and
Goldfields.

Forecast for Monday 8 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara,Eucla and
Goldfields. Light showers possible near the western south coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
