Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over the inland eastern Pilbara, into the North Interior and
Kimberley before contracting eastwards during the day today.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A low lies over the western Eucla and extends a trough close to the south
coast. The low contracts southeastwards to lie in the Bight today while the
trough will move back northwards over the South West Land Division as a high
moves well south of the state. Another trough forms over the inland parts of
the Gascoyne and northern parts of the South West Land Division on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 27 September
Showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Kalgoorlie to Eyre. Chance of
thunderstorms over central and southeastern parts of the South West Land
Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 September
Showers over mainly southern coastal districts and along the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 September
Showers throughout the South West Land Division, adjacent southwest Goldfields
and along the Eucla coast. Chance of thunderstorms over southwestern parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 30 September
Showers southwest of a line Geraldton to Bremer Bay.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
