Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge over central parts of the State will drift south during Friday and a
high pressure system develops in the ridge over the weekend before moving east
early next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies over the Gascoyne and will strengthen as it moves
south south during Friday. A high pressure system develops over the south of
the State over the weekend before moving east on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 16 July
Showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division and
also near the Eucla coast. Winds along the south coast easing from the west
during the day.

Forecast for Saturday 17 July
Possible showers over the western and southern parts of the South West Land
Division south of Jurien Bay and also near the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Sunday 18 July
Possible showers southwest of Geraldton to Esperance.

Forecast for Monday 19 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southwest Gascoyne, Goldfields and
western Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
