Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A low pressure trough lies over the Kimberley and over open waters north of the
Pilbara. A ridge of high pressure over central WA will bring

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over central WA. A cold front will approach the
South West Capes late Saturday and move over southern parts of the South West
Land Division on Sunday. A new ridge will strengthen over southern parts on
Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 4 June
Showers extending over far southwestern parts of the South West Land Division.
Possible light showers over the Pilbara.

Forecast for Saturday 5 June
Showers southwest of a line Mandurah to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Sunday 6 June
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Narrogin to Israelite Bay. Possible
showers over the west Pilbara.

Forecast for Monday 7 June
Showers near the southern and Eucla coasts. Showers over the west Pilbara and
west Gascoyne.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
