Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over inland parts of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A broad trough lies from the Interior towards the south coast and will move
slowly eastwards during Friday and into South Australia by Saturday. A new
ridge of high pressure develops in its wake.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 5 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, Eucla and
the South East Coastal districts. Showers possible over remaining parts of the
Southwest Land Division.

Forecast for Saturday 6 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne, Interior and the eastern Eucla. Showers possible over southern and
central parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Sunday 7 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne and Interior. Showers possible over southern and central parts of the
South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 8 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, inland Gascoyne northern
parts of the South West Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
