Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the inland Kimberley to the inland Pilbara and will
remain near stationary over the next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies to the south of the State with a broad trough over the inland
Gascoyne. The ridge will strengthen to the south of the State over the next few
days.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 13 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northeast Pilbara, eastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields, northeast Eucla, and the South Interior. Morning shower
possible over the South East Coastal district.

Forecast for Thursday 14 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, southern and eastern Gascoyne,
Goldfields, Interior, Eucla, and northern and eastern parts of the South West
Land Division.

Forecast for Friday 15 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, inland Gascoyne,
Goldfields, Interior, Eucla, and central and northern parts of the South West
Land Division.

Forecast for Saturday 16 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, inland Gascoyne,
Interior, Eucla, and northern parts of the South West Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
