Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough from the inland Pilbara to the North Interior. The trough will remain
near stationary over the next few days.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
For the next few days a ridge will lie near the south coast and a trough will
remain near the west coast.
Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 16 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne, inland Central West, and Goldfields. Possible showers over the Great
Southern and South East Coastal. Rain areas and thunderstorms in the Central
Wheat Belt.
Forecast for Thursday 17 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland
Gascoyne, Eucla and Goldfields. Showers near the south coast.
Forecast for Friday 18 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, northeast
Gascoyne and north Goldfields.
Forecast for Saturday 19 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior, and
northeast Gascoyne.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
