Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough from the inland Pilbara to the North Interior. The trough will remain
near stationary over the next few days.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge is developing near the south coast and will move south during Tuesday
as a trough develops near the west coast. The trough will remain near the west
coast for the next few days.
Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 15 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, southeastern Pilbara
and the northeastern Gascoyne. Showers over remainder of eastern Gascoyne and
southern Interior.
Forecast for Wednesday 16 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central Interior, inland Pilbara,
inland Gascoyne areas of the South West Land Division away from the west coast.
Showers over the southwest Goldfields.
Forecast for Thursday 17 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland
Gascoyne and northern Goldfields. Showers near the south coast and over the
southeastern Goldfields and Eucla.
Forecast for Friday 18 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, northern
Gascoyne and northeast Goldfields. Chance of a shower near the south coast.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
