Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over the inland Kimberley extends through the North Interior and to
the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak ridge lies to the south of the State with a broad trough extending from
the inland Gascoyne to eastern parts of the South West Land Division. The
trough will deepen through the Goldfields during the day before move into the
Eucla and South Interior during Friday. A weakening cold front will brush the
western south coast early Friday and a ridge will rapidly develop in its wake
near the south coast.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, west and north Interior,
inland Gascoyne and the Goldfields.

Forecast for Friday 4 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland
Gascoyne, north and east Goldfields, Eucla, and far eastern parts of the
Southwest Land Division. Showers southwest of a line from Bunbury to Bremer
Bay, mostly during the morning.

Forecast for Saturday 5 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern Pilbara, and
the northern and eastern Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 6 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara and the North Interior.
Chance of a shower along the south coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
