Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough is deepening over central parts of the state and will move northeast
into the inland Pilbara and North Interior during today, before moving offshore
from the Pilbara coast for a period Tuesday morning.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A deepening trough over central parts of the state is contracting east ahead of
a cold front that will cross the southwest of the State today. A new ridge will
develop near the south coast in the wake of the front on Tuesday. A broad
trough will develop near the west coast on Wednesday, moving inland during the
day.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior, Eucla
and the eastern Goldfields. Showers southwest of a line from Geraldton to
Israelite Bay contracting to southern parts of the state by the afternoon and
to the south coast by evening. A chance of thunderstorms and small hail near
the south coast and adjacent parts.

Forecast for Tuesday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far northeast Pilbara and the
northern and eastern Interior.

Forecast for Wednesday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern Pilbara,
northeast Gascoyne and northern parts of the Interior.

Forecast for Thursday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, west and north
Interior, inland Gascoyne, western and northern Goldfields and far eastern
parts of the Southwest Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
