Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies from the Kimberley to the North Interior and to the inland
Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A deep trough lies through central parts of the State to the South Interior. A
weak ridge is developing near the south coast during Thursday. Another broad
trough develops through central parts of the State on Friday and Saturday
before moving east on Sunday. A new ridge will develop to the south of the
State in the wake of the trough during Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 19 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern Pilbara,
Interior, northeast Gascoyne and adjacent Goldfields and Eucla districts.

Forecast for Friday 20 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior, far
northeast Gascoyne, eastern Goldfields, the Eucla and eastern parts of the
South East Coastal district. Possible showers over the coastal and adjacent
inland parts of the South West and South Coastal district.

Forecast for Saturday 21 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior, far
northeast Gascoyne, and the Eucla. Possible showers over the Southeast Coastal
district.

Forecast for Sunday 22 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, Interior, far
east Goldfields and the Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
