Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over the North Interior and extends through inland parts of the
Kimberley and into the eastern Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A surface trough over the Goldfields will move east during Sunday as a ridge
extends across northern parts of the South West Land Division. A weak cold
front will brush the southwest of the State during Monday. During Tuesday and
Wednesday a weak ridge will again extend across the central and northern parts
of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 27 September
Chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm over the northeast Kimberley.
Showers and a possible storm over south coastal districts of the South West
Land Division, Eucla and eastern Interior. Showers over remaining southern and
western parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 28 September
Chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm over the northeast Kimberley.
Shower and a possible storm over the Interior and Eucla. Showers over the South
West Land Division and southern Goldfields with a possible storm south of Perth
to Esperance.

Forecast for Tuesday 29 September
Showers southwest of a line Lancelin to Albany. Chance of an afternoon shower
or thunderstorm over the northeast Kimberley. Showers and thunderstorms
possible through the eastern Interior and Eucla.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 September
Showers southwest of a line Perth to Albany. Chance of an afternoon shower or
thunderstorm over the northeast Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
