Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A new ridge will develop over southern WA and a high will move into the Bight
later Wednesday. Easterly winds freshening over the Pilbara during Wednesday
and Thursday. A broad trough will lie over the Pilbara Friday and Saturday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A new ridge of high pressure will develop over southern WA during Wednesday and
a high will move into the Bight. A weak front will reach the SW Capes late
Thursday, and move over southwestern parts of the South West Land Division on
Friday. Another weak cold front will brush the south coast on Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 29 July
Showers near the coast between Perth and Albany, contracting to the western
south coast in the afternoon.

Forecast for Thursday 30 July
Showers between Bunbury and Albany, mainly near the coast.

Forecast for Friday 31 July
Showers developing southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Wagin to Esperance, mainly
light and near coastal areas.

Forecast for Saturday 1 August
Showers about the southern districts of the South West Land Division.
