Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A strong ridge of high pressure lies over the south of Australia. Fresh east to southeasterly winds will continue until Wednesday before the ridge pulls away before being replaced by another ridge on Friday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A strong ridge of high pressure lies lies south of the State and is moving east to lie over southeastern Australia during Wednesday as a trough develops off the west coast. This weak trough will move through the South West Land Division on Thursday. A ridge of high pressure will build over southern parts during Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 3 June
Patchy light showers possible over northwestern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 4 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Albany.

Forecast for Friday 5 June
Slight chance of a shower near the south coast between Denmark and Israelite Bay.

Forecast for Saturday 6 June
Slight chance of a shower near Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste.
