Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends from the inland Pilbara to the North Interior. The eastern reach of the trough will push north into the Kimberley on Wednesday.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure is situated south of the State and a broad trough lies inland from the west coast. The trough will deepen further on Monday and Tuesday, dragging a very hot airmass south. The trough will move east later on Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of a cold front that will reach the southwest corner Wednesday night.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, east Pilbara and North Interior.
Forecast for Monday 27 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, and far northwest Interior.
Forecast for Tuesday 28 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and inland Pilbara.
Forecast for Wednesday 29 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far northeast Pilbara and eastern parts of the Interior. Late showers possible over the Southwest district.
Forecast for Thursday 30 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and eastern parts of the Interior. Showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Narrogin to Esperance.
