Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over the inland Pilbara and North Interior, and will slowly move northwards over the next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will brush the south coast on Friday, with a strong high pressure ridge developing in its wake. A broad trough lies over central parts of the State and will contract northwards during Friday and Saturday as the ridge strengthens to the south. A trough will start to develop off the west coast from Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, southeast Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, Interior, the northern Goldfields and the Eucla.

Forecast for Friday 29 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior, northern and eastern Gascoyne, and far northern Goldfields. Possible morning thunderstorms about the eastern Eucla. Showers near the south coast.

Forecast for Saturday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara and the northern Gascoyne. Possible showers about the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Sunday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far western Pilbara and
northwestern Gascoyne. Showers about the south coast east of Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Monday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley. Showers about the south coast east of Walpole.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Friday.
