Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia 
A broad trough lies over northern inland parts and will slowly contract 
northwards over the next few days. 

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia 
A weak frontal feature is brushing the south coast with a strong high pressure 
ridge developing in its wake. A broad trough lies over central parts of the 
State and will contract northwards during Thursday, Friday and Saturday as the 
ridge strengthens to the south. 

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 27 November 
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern Pilbara, 
Interior, inland Gascoyne, northern Goldfields and northern parts of the South 
West Land Division. Showers along the south coast and adjacent parts between 
Albany and Israelite Bay. 

Forecast for Thursday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, eastern 
Gascoyne, Interior, northern Goldfields and a slight chance in the Eucla. 
Showers over southeastern parts of the South West Land Division, mainly during 
the morning. 

Forecast for Friday 29 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and east Kimberley, southeast Pilbara, 
Interior, eastern Gascoyne, and far northern Goldfields. Possible morning 
thunderstorms about the eastern Eucla. Showers near the south coast. 

Forecast for Saturday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and eastern Kimberley, northeast 
Interior, inland Pilbara and the northern Gascoyne. Possible showers about the 
south coast east of Bremer Bay. 

Forecast for Sunday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far western Pilbara and 
northwestern Gascoyne. Showers about the south coast east of Windy Harbour and 
adjacent inland parts. 

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
