Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies extends from the Pilbara into the North Interior, and will
move northwards into the south of the Kimberley during Thursday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A deep trough is moving north over the Interior and will weaken early Thursday
morning. A cold front over southeastern parts of the state will continue to
contract way during the remainder of Wednesday. A ridge of high pressure will
then develop over southern parts of the state in its wake with a broad trough
forming over inland parts of the state later Thursday and into Friday. Another
cold front brushes the far southwest of the state on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 20 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and western Kimberley, eastern
Pilbara, the Interior, Eucla and southeast Goldfields. Showers clearing the far
eastern parts of the Southeast Coastal district.

Forecast for Thursday 21 November
Showers and thunderstorms over most of the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara and
Interior. Possible light coastal showers between Augusta and Walpole in the
morning.

Forecast for Friday 22 November
Showers and thunderstorms over most of the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, western
and northern Interior and adjacent parts of the Gascoyne. Showers southwest of
a line Busselton to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Saturday 23 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, the Interior and adjacent parts
of the Pilbara.

Forecast for Sunday 24 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, and Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
