Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over the Kimberley and Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough extends from the Gascoyne through the Goldfields and offshore from the Eucla. A weak cold front brushes the south coast on Monday. A more significant front moves over the southwest of the State Tuesday night and on Wednesday. A ridge of high pressure then develops over southern parts of the State on Thursday with a weak trough developing inland from the west coast later in the day.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 17 November
Possible showers and thunderstorms about areas inland from the coast in the west Pilbara with a very slight chance of high based thunderstorm activity in the southwestern Goldfields and adjacent Gascoyne. Possible drizzle about the south coast between Bremer Bay and Esperance.

Forecast for Monday 18 November
Showers and thunderstorms about coastal parts of the Kimberley, inland from the Gascoyne coast, eastern Central Wheat Belt, and Goldfields, most likely during the afternoon and evening. Morning drizzle about the coast between Bremer Bay and Israelite Bay. Possible light showers about the southwest coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 19 November
Showers and thunderstorms near coastal parts of the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, and through the southeastern Gascoyne, Goldfields, western Eucla and adjacent parts of the South East Coastal District. Showers developing southwest of a line Bunbury to Albany.

Forecast for Wednesday 20 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and western Kimberley, the eastern Interior. Possible showers and thunderstorms in the southeast of the Goldfields and adjacent Eucla in the morning. Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, far southern Goldfields and the western Eucla. Possible thunderstorms about the south coast between Augusta and Israelite Bay.

Forecast for Thursday 21 November
Chance of a shower about the southwest coast. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northeastern Interior and northeastern Pilbara.
