Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies near the east Pilbara coast and extends inland into the North Interior. A high pressure ridge will develop to the south Friday night and through Saturday with the trough clearing the North Interior during Sunday. The trough will lie along the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts by Monday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A significant cold airmass lies over the south of the state and continues to contract east Friday night as a ridge develops through central parts. The ridge will move to the south coast on Sunday and persist into early next week. A weak front will brush the western south coast on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 1 November
Showers over areas southwest of Geraldton to Israelite Bay with thunderstorms possible over southern parts. Showers and thunderstorms about the Southern Interior.

Forecast for Saturday 2 November
Showers about southern and western parts of the South West Land Division. Showers and thunderstorms about the far northern Kimberley in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Sunday 3 November
Showers about coastal parts between Augusta and Israelite Bay, mainly in the morning. Showers and thunderstorms about the far northern Kimberley in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Monday 4 November
Showers and thunderstorms about the north and east Kimberley and the adjacent North Interior in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Tuesday 5 November
Showers and thunderstorms about the north and west Kimberley, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Showers about the south coast and adjacent parts west of Bremer Bay, most likely in the morning.
