Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends through the east Kimberley to the northern Interior and will slowly move to lie from the west Kimberley towards the central Pilbara over the weekend.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high will form in the Bight and a surface trough will develop near the west coast on Saturday before moving east later on Sunday and during Monday. A weak cold front will brush the western south coast, and then a ridge will build over the south of the State behind the front on Monday. A surface trough will develop inland from the west coast on Tuesday.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara and northern Interior.

Forecast for Saturday 26 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, northern Interior and northeast Gascoyne, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Morning showers possible along the western south coast between Augusta and Esperance.

Forecast for Sunday 27 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, and northern Interior, mainly in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Monday 28 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, and Interior, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Showers possible near the south coast west of Bremer Bay for a period in the morning.

Forecast for Tuesday 29 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the northwest Kimberley, inland Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, northern Goldfields and south Interior, mainly in the afternoon and evening.
