Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad surface trough extends through the west Kimberley and Pilbara with a ridge of high pressure through the Interior. The trough will deepen and gradually shift east from Thursday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough is contracting east through the Eucla ahead of a weakened cold front over the southwest of the State. Another weak front will brush the south coast on Thursday before being quickly replaced by a ridge of high pressure south of the State. A broad trough deepens through central parts of the State from Thursday evening.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 25 September
Partly cloudy through the southwest of the State, mostly sunny elsewhere.

Forecast for Thursday 26 September
Showers about southern coastal districts and the southern Great Southern.

Forecast for Friday 27 September
Showers with the chance of thunderstorms in eastern parts of the South West Land Division, southern and central Goldfields and the Eucla. Showers near the remaining south coast, most likely during the morning.

Forecast for Saturday 28 September
Showers with the chance of thunderstorms in the eastern South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, Eucla and the adjacent Interior district.

Forecast for Sunday 29 September
Showers with the chance of a thunderstorm through inland parts of the Southwest district, South Coastal and the adjacent Great Southern. Showers over the Eucla and South Interior districts.
