Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends from the west Kimberley into the east Pilbara and Interior and will persist over the coming days. The trough along the Kimberley and Pilbara coasts.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A surface trough lies near the west coast and will move slowly inland over the weekend. A ridge of high pressure will build over the south of the State during Monday and Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 26 July
Showers over the South West district, possibly extending into the adjacent Great Southern and Lower West.

Forecast for Saturday 27 July
Showers along the south coast. Showers and the chance of a thunderstorms developing over the Central West coast, central and southern inland parts of the South West Land Division, the Goldfields, Eucla and South Interior during the day. Light patchy rain about the west Gascoyne.

Forecast for Sunday 28 July
Showers along the mid west coast and south coast with areas of morning drizzle through the South Coastal district. Showers over the central and southern inland parts of the South West Land Division, the Goldfields and Eucla clearing during the day. Possible thunderstorms over the Central West coast, southern Goldfields, Eucla and South East Coastal districts, clearing during the day. Patchy rain developing over the South Interior.

Showers about the south coast and Eucla Coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 July
Showers about the western south coast.
