Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies through the west Kimberley and near the Pilbara coast. The trough will move into the inland Pilbara later on Wednesday.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will move along the south coast Monday morning, with a high pressure ridge developing in its wake. The ridge will then move south of the State on Tuesday and remain there for the next couple of days.
Forecast for the rest of Sunday 16 June
Showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Monday 17 June
Showers near the southern and Eucla coasts, mostly in the morning. Morning frost over southwestern inland parts.
Forecast for Tuesday 18 June
Widespread morning frost through the inland South West Land Division, southern Goldfields and Eucla.
Forecast for Wednesday 19 June
Widespread morning frost through the inland South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, Eucla and southeast Interior.
Forecast for Thursday 20 June
Areas of morning frost through the southern inland South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, Eucla and southeast Interior. Possible showers developing over the Pilbara and northeast Gascoyne.
